Position summary: Supervise shop floor operations (buffing, fitting, fabrication, machining), achieve production targets, enforce QC & SOPs, coordinate with Purchase/Store/Design/QC. Key responsibilities • Manage day-to-day production on shop floor; allocate manpower. • Monitor production KPIs: throughput, quality, WIP, rework, and OEE. • Enforce SOPs, safety, GMP finishing requirements for pharma packaging. • Interpret drawings & coordinate with Design & Purchase for material requirements. • Report daily production status to Plant Manager/Director; handle minor technical escalation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
