Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of copper & aluminium enamelling process (single, double & multi-coat).
Understanding of enamelling machines, ovens, dies, and process parameters.
Ability to handle workforce across shifts.
Strong observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Hands-on approach with focus on production & quality

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
5-6 years of relevant experience in production of enamelled copper & aluminium wires/strips.
Prior supervisory experience in a wire & conductor manufacturing setup preferred.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of daily/shift-wise production targets.
Conformance to quality standards and reduction in rejections.
Machine utilization and minimization of downtime.
Effective manpower handling and team performance.
Safety compliance and housekeeping.
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
