Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Surat. The Production Specialist will be responsible for daily production planning, managing production processes, overseeing quality control, training production staff, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize production efficiency and maintain high product standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Quality Control expertise
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Training production staff
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the elevator manufacturing industry is a plus
• 10+ years in elevator industry
