Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Jagraon. The Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. The role includes setting up production equipment, monitoring and adjusting processes to ensure quality standards are met, troubleshooting any production issues, conducting quality checks, and maintaining records of production activities. The Production Specialist will work with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines while adhering to safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering & Technology (B-TECH)
• Experience with production equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Knowledge of safety and industry regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
