Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Bilimora. The Production Specialist will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include production planning, managing production processes, and training production staff. The role also involves close monitoring of quality control procedures and effective communication with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

• Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control procedures and practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training production staff
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge in hydraulic machinery and ISO 9001:2015 standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
