Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production and Quality / Automobile Trainer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 26 years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to connect with students and guide them in their educational pursuits.

Roles and Responsibility

Train 10th/12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure high-quality output.
Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with other trainers and educators to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in Automotive Manufacturing technology.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects is required.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in teaching or training students is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Age: Minimum 26 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E, Diploma.
