Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production & Quality Trainer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechanical-automobile subjects and excellent training skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per syllabus.
Connect with students and guide them effectively.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers to achieve common goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Mechanical-Automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with production engineering principles and practices.
Educational qualifications: B.E, Diploma.
Age: Minimum 26 years.
