About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive/Staff to join our manufacturing team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth workflow operations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate production processes to achieve daily output targets.Ensure raw materials and equipment are available to meet production schedules.Monitor operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.Work closely with quality control to maintain product specifications.Maintain production records, reports, and logs for review and audit purposes.Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating complex problems when required.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.Train, guide, and support production staff to ensure smooth workflow.Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
