About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our team. The role involves monitoring and assessing product quality at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Conduct regular audits and quality checks across production lines.Measure, test, and document inspection results using industry-standard procedures.
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and escalate to supervisors or quality engineers.Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend process improvements.Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety norms, and company quality policies.Assist in training staff on quality awareness and inspection techniques. Able to read Vernier caliper & micrometer
