Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production professional to join our team at Sekhmet Pharmaventures, with Optimus & Anjan Drugs. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and manage budgets for production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Proven experience in production management within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
