Reports To: Assistant Manager
• Material Coordination: Ensure timely availability of raw materials, sheet metal components, fasteners, and electrical accessories.
• Capacity Management: Monitor machine and manpower capacity to optimize production flow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Process Monitoring: Oversee shop floor activities to ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with design, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, delays, and output; generate daily and monthly reports. Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in PPC, preferably in electrical or sheet metal fabrication industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
