DME /BE (Mech, Auto, Production).
12-15 Years of work experience in similar profile.
Location: Pune.

Responsibilities

Production Planning Control To meet Production Targets To ensure Safety on shop floor To maintain Quality Standards Internal Process Team Management
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
Schedule shift according to production needs.
Machin prepare machine loading plan.
Production planning as per customer schedule
Monitor Daily output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost Delivery Schedules.
Productivity, OEE, FTQ Scrap Improvements
Raw material planning(compound).
Ensuring Statistical Process Control Studies for Key Processes
Deployment of Production Objectives and Monthly Monitoring of Allocated Budget
Create awareness for the safety of men, materials and machines
Implementation of safety Policies and safety gears.
Bring about improvement to increase safety standards.
In house Rejection Analysis.
Deviation Handling and Management of Quarantined Product (Authorization for Rework). NC management and abnormal situation handling.
Scrap analyses and reduction. 2 OF 3 F-HR-02 To ensure Environment, Health Safety Management implementation
Purge rubber control.
Identify training needs for Assistant Production Managers and supervisors.
5S/ Kaizen / TPM in Shop Floor.
