Production Planning And Control Engineer

Job Summary A Production Planner is responsible to manage & improve organization’s process & workflow. As well to ensure that procedures are followed, meanwhile the process runs smoothly and efficiently. A Production Planner role is essential for helping organizations to streamline their operations, reduce costs, and achieve strategic goals. Job Responsibility: ●       Overseas and manage day to day Operations related to production planning, Production, Dispatch Planning. ●       Identify areas for improvement ●       Coordinate between departments with internal Team and maintain end to end MIS from production to fund release Stage for Govt/Private Projects ●       Understanding of Tender work, assessment of rates, filing Process & suggesting Management over Participation in Tenders Floated Required Skills & Qualification: ●       Strongly Analytical skill is required ●       Overseeing upgrades to machinery ●       Setting workers schedules ●       Ensuring that Orders are filled on time ●       Collaborating with process engineers and production managers to reduce cost ●       Minimum 2 years of Experience is required ●       Minimum Under Graduation is required ●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ●       Strong organizational and time management abilities ●       Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy ●       Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Key Skills and Competencies: ●     Strong organizational and coordination skills. ●     Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. ●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ●     Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ●     Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ●     Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications: ●     Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, operations, or project support.
