This pivotal role requires conducting technical studies and delivering comprehensive designs for clients and our metal facade manufacturing workshop. You will play a crucial role in managing a small team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, all while reporting to a team based in France. Main Activities Technical Studies : Conduct detailed technical studies, including the layout and sizing of facade sheets . Plan Production : Produce all necessary facade sheet plans once the layout study receives client approval. Deliverable Provision : Provide all required deliverables for clients and for manufacturing , ensuring accuracy and completeness. Engineering Tasks : Perform various engineering tasks on products other than facades as required. Merchandiser - Export House We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our Export House, specializing in leather hard goods. This role requires expertise in product familiarity, strong negotiation skills, and efficient coordination throughout the production and sampling process to ensure buyer satisfaction and timely delivery. Responsibilities: Familiar with product and possess experience in leather hard goods (preferred). Execute production plan as per target given. Negotiate PO details (Price/Sw/Qty.) with the Buyer. Develop samples according to buyer requirements and ensure production is exactly as per approved samples . Coordinate with the buying team/buyer for approvals. Possess knowledge for testing (product & transit test). Prepare Barcode carton marking/tags as per buyer manual, send for approval, and then order bulk printing. Able to prepare production tracker (shared on weekly bases). Able to prepare inspection plan and offer accordingly. Able to get approval for final shipment after inspection. Skills and Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Merchandising is required. Must have working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PPTs.
