Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in implementing and supporting D365 F&O Manufacturing modules. Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle D365 F&O Manufacturing implementations Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Manufacturing (MB-320), are highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in D365 F&O Manufacturing modules, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control. As a D365 F&O Manufacturing Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions for manufacturing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Mandatory skills Implementation and Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O Manufacturing modules, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Solution Design: Develop functional designs and specifications for manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate D365 F&O solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the D365 F&O system. Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features and industry trends, recommending improvements and enhancements to clients. Desired/ Secondary skills Demand Forecasting: Understanding Market Demand: Ability to analyze market trends and historical data to predict future product demand. Forecasting Techniques: Proficiency in using various forecasting methods, such as time series analysis, regression models, and machine learning algorithms. Capacity Planning:Resource Allocation: Determining the production capacity needed to meet changing demands for products. Bottleneck Analysis: Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the production process to ensure smooth operations. Scheduling:Production Scheduling: Creating detailed schedules for production activities, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of tasks. Work Order Management: Managing work orders, including their creation, tracking, and completion. Inventory Management:Inventory Control: Maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet production needs without overstocking. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Using MRP systems to plan and control inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for production when needed. Process Optimization:Lean Manufacturing: Applying lean principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in the production process. Quality Control:Quality Assurance: Ensuring that production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving quality issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
