Production Operator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing/production operations. The role involves managing production staff, ensuring targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the production team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of production reports, attendance, and shift records.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,320.00 - ₹15,430.00 per month
