We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing/production operations. The role involves managing production staff, ensuring targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the production team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Train, guide, and motivate production staff for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain proper documentation of production reports, attendance, and shift records. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
