Production Operator

A production operator's job involves overseeing and operating machinery to manufacture products, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes. Key duties include monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, conducting quality checks, following safety protocols, and maintaining accurate production records. Operators must also collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Machinery: Control and monitor production equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces goods to specifications.
• Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
• Documentation: Record production data, update logs, and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration: Work with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other operators to meet production schedules and goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and suggest innovative solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Ability to operate and maintain machinery, with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
