Role Summary

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that paint products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, filling, and packaging machinery according to production schedules
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine quality checks and report any deviations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
• Assist in inventory management and raw material handling
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or chemical processing preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,323.49 - ₹27,937.19 per month
