Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per SOPs
• Monitor process parameters and ensure optimal machine performance
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S on the shop floor
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report faults to the maintenance team
• Assist in achieving daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE compliance at all times
• Maintain production records and logbooks
• Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow

Key Skills:

• Machine operation and handling
• Understanding of mechanical systems
• Knowledge of quality and safety procedures
• Teamwork and basic troubleshooting

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
