Production Operator

As a Shift leader/Production operator - Monolithic/PCPF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery as per standard operating procedures and instructions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following, respecting, and establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols, and procedures in the workplace. - Ensuring quality control and process control during production as per QC standards. - Maintaining the good health and condition of machines. - Participating in KAIZENS for continual improvement. - Contributing to all EHS initiatives. - Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion. - Coordinating effectively with other departments. - Allocating manpower efficiently. - Managing general store and implementing 5S practices. Your knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics should include: - Understanding of production processes for monolithic and precast shapes. - Familiarity with basic operations of equipment such as Crane, Mixer machine, Dust catcher, and Compressor. - Ability to handle big bags using forklift or pallet trolley. - Knowledge of the operational principles of Valves, pneumatic systems, etc. - Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and typing skills on the keyboard. Qualifications Required: - ITI in any trade with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with an age limit of 35 years. Preferred qualifications: - Work experience in refractory manufacturing, specifically with experience in presses. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job offers full-time, permanent employment with a schedule that includes day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift, night shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
