Production Operator

Overview:

Production assembly operators at Kusauto India Private Limited, a manufacturer of automotive sensors and components in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, handle key tasks in injection and blow molding, as well as cap and air vent assembly processes. These roles focus on operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

We are hiring operators for the below position:

• Trainees.
• Injection Molding Operators.
• Blow Molding Operators.
• Assembly Operators.

01. Injection Molding Operator Roles:
Operators set up and run injection molding machines to produce plastic parts, monitoring settings for pressure and temperature. They perform visual inspections, troubleshoot issues, and record production data like cycle times and scrap rates. Routine maintenance and adherence to safety protocols maintain efficiency.

02. Blow Molding Operator Roles:-

Operators oversee blow molding machine setup, operation, and adjustments to meet product specifications. They conduct quality checks, perform cleaning, and log metrics such as downtime and output. Collaboration with teams resolves production problems quickly.

03. Cap Assembly Roles:-

Operators assemble caps on production lines, fitting components precisely and using tools like conveyors or hand-controlled machines. They inspect for tolerances, apply finishes if needed, and ensure cleanliness in work areas. Quality control checks verify standards before final output.

04. Air Vent Assembly Roles

Operators build air vent assemblies, handling parts integration and basic testing in automotive or industrial contexts. They monitor processes, report faults, and maintain equipment for safe venting systems. Teamwork optimizes workflow in assembly areas.

Minimum Requirements

• ITI [any].
• Diploma [any].
• BE [any].
• Any degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A diploma or equivalent (10th/12th pass) serves as the entry baseline, often with on-the-job training. ITI in any trade (e.g., fitter, mechanic) is commonly preferred.
• A diploma in mechanical, plastics technology, or related fields enhances candidacy, especially for senior operators. BE or any degree.
