Production operator (Cosmetic)

Key responsibilities

Operate machinery: Run and maintain industrial equipment such as emulsifiers, filling machines, and powder presses.

Monitor production: Oversee the production line to ensure it runs smoothly, meets production goals, and follows standard operating procedures.

Quality control: Test product samples, conduct in-process checks, and calibrate equipment like weighing balances to maintain quality.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues with equipment or the production process.

Record keeping: Maintain logs of production data, equipment maintenance, and other required documentation.

Safety compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear, as the work can involve chemicals and heavy machinery.

Packaging: Oversee the filling, labeling, and packing of finished products.
