Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with designers on approved styles for production.• Plan and monitor production schedules for timely execution.• Handle sourcing of fabrics, trims & accessories in advance.• Maintain coordination between vendors, suppliers & production units.• Supervise manufacturing to ensure quality & approved samples.• Track production timelines and resource availability.QualificationsProduction Operations and Production Planning skillsStrong Communication and Analytical skillsExperience in Quality ControlAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related fieldPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
