Production & Operations Head

We’re a growing luxury fashion label based in Hyderabad, known for our commitment to fine craftsmanship, slow fashion, and timeless design. With an in-house team of 20 tailors and 20 embroidery artisans, and a strong outsourced network, we create both custom client pieces and third-party retail collections.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Production & Operations Head to help us streamline our processes, bring in structure, and build systems that support growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all in-house and outsourced production
• Streamline client and retail bulk order workflows
• Implement systems to track orders, timelines, costs, and wastage
• Coordinate with tailoring, embroidery, and design teams for efficient output
• Introduce tools or software to reduce manual processes
• Drive cost efficiency and maintain quality standards
• Plan production schedules and oversee day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in fashion production or operations
• Background in luxury or designer apparel is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Ability to implement and scale production systems
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with production planning tools/software is a bonus
