Job Description

Taking frequent meeting with supervisors to improve production with quality minimizing breakdowns objective and goals.
To maintain harmonious human relations in the department, planning sanctioning of leaves to staff workers.
Deciding review process parameters to achieve target quality of the product.
Planning conducting supervisors and workers meetings for higher productivity quality.
Planning and reviewing effective process techniques. Analysis of feedback from supervisors workers regarding breakdowns.
Co-ordinate with supervisors workers to implement the system as per the management requirement
To reduce waste generation from the plant and to re-use/ recycle the entire quantity of waste getting generated.
