Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager with an Engineering background, located in Hyderabad. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the production department, ensuring efficiency and productivity. They will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, the Production Manager will work closely with engineering teams to implement process improvements and address any technical issues that arise. The role also involves monitoring safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Engineering background with strong technical problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in a managerial role within the production or manufacturing industry is a plus
