As a Production Manager for one of Weekday's clients, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations within the modular office furniture and interior solutions environment. With 5-10 years of industry-specific experience, you will manage production teams, ensure quality standards, and drive process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategies to improve factory efficiency, workflow, and production output. - Lead and supervise the end-to-end production lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality performance. - Recruit, train, and develop factory staff while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with quality control teams to define and enforce quality assurance processes. - Ensure all production equipment and machinery are maintained and operating efficiently; coordinate servicing and repairs. - Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and resolve bottlenecks to optimize productivity. - Prepare and present production performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders. - Conduct regular inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards. - Motivate and guide production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain strong performance levels. - Implement best practices to minimize waste, reduce operational costs, and maximize resource utilization. - Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and work environment standards across the production floor. - Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and planning teams to support seamless production operations. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a relevant field. - 5-10 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a modular furniture or interior manufacturing setup. - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in production operations, inventory control, and quality management. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material handling, and factory equipment. - Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
