Production Manager - Supplement Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee production of powder and bolus feed supplements—from raw materials to packaging of finished —ensuring GMP compliance; conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor staff on quality, safety, SOPs, and FAMI-QS standards; monitor team performance.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA procedures for feed supplements; conduct inspections and resolve non-conformities with corrective actions.
• Resource Management: Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment; coordinate procurement of FAMI-QS-compliant raw materials.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate batch, traceability, and QA records; document deviations and corrective actions promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements; monitor KPIs to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
