Production Manager

FMCG Co. for the position of Production Manager : Mysore

MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

1. Max age 47. PET experience minimum of 8 to 1o years

2. Total Minimum of 10 years experience

3. Not compulsory to know kannada

4. Must hv exposure of handling team of at least 25 people in Unionized environment

5. Must to hv PET combi machine hands on experience in CSD (carbonated soft drinks) and Hot fill lines. Exposure to High speed filling and blowing machine, both operations and maintenance

To improve the production & productivity of the products & to achieve the target fixed by the management

1. To lead production planning from the units objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan
2. To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans
3. To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms
4. Responsible for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, EXIM & HACCP implementation that includes clearly defined responsibilities.
5. Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure un interrupted production.
6. Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency
7. To achieve the product & package index as per the targets.
8. To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.
9. To maintain hygiene & GMP in PET section.
10. To Create and maintain various MIS reports.
