PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the overall factory operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently - Expand production capacity to meet the growing demand - Develop and implement solutions to improve production efficiency - Utilize MRP systems effectively for production planning and scheduling - Focus on customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science degree - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in production planning and manufacturing, specifically in the heavy Fabrication Industry for transformer tank - Strong leadership skills with at least 10 years of progressive hands-on experience in a steel fabrication environment - Technical expertise and hands-on experience in production operations - Familiarity with production planning and scheduling processes - Ability to adapt and implement solutions to enhance production efficiency Please note that the salary for this position is negotiable.
