PRODUCTION MANAGER

As the incumbent of this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the overall factory operations to ensure the achievement of company objectives in maintaining production efficiency at the desired levels. It is essential to be prepared to shoulder the accountability of enhancing the production capacity to meet the escalating demands effectively. Your expertise in the field will be instrumental in driving the success of our operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in production planning and the manufacturing of heavy fabrication components for the transformer tank industry, you are well-equipped to excel in this role. Your proficiency should extend to having demonstrated progressive leadership skills in a production setting, particularly within the realm of steel fabrication. Adeptness in production planning and scheduling is crucial, as well as possessing technical acumen and a practical approach to problem-solving. Emphasis will be placed on prioritizing customer satisfaction and exhibiting a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges to ensure operational efficiency. Moreover, your familiarity with MRP systems and prior experience in implementing solutions to enhance production processes will be invaluable assets in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
