QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

As a Quality Manager at Mechnfab, your role will involve planning, production control, analyzing efficiency, and proposing action plans for improvement to the shop manager. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and organizing production activities - Analyzing efficiency metrics and identifying areas for improvement - Proposing action plans to enhance quality and productivity - Leading and commanding a team of welders and fitters - Solving technical issues related to steel fabrication - Maintaining and updating weight estimates and performance coordination To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Educational Qualification: BE/ BTech Mechanical - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in steel fabrication as a quality manager - Skills required: - Knowledge of statistical analysis & control tools - Leadership skills to lead a team effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset - Proficiency in technical drawing - Familiarity with welding inspection tools and Non-Destructive Test requirements If you are passionate about quality management in steel fabrication and possess the necessary qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this position by sending your resume to hr@mechnfab.com.
