The ideal candidate should have a BE/ BTech Mechanical qualification with at least 1 year of experience in steel fabrication as a quality manager. The candidate should possess the following skills: 1. Knowledge of statistical analysis & control tools. 2. Able to lead and command a team of welders & fitters. 3. Possess good problem solving skills and proactive attitude. 4. Sound knowledge in technical drawing. 5. Well versed in various welding inspection tools and Non-Destructive Test requirements. 6. Maintain and update controlling and coordination of weight estimates and performance within development of general arrangement plan and outfits. 7. Resolving plant technical issues.
