Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process of silver jewelry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry manufacturing, process optimization, team leadership, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production output. Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on orders, inventory, and deadlines. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate work across artisans, karigars (bench workers), polishers, setters, quality checkers, and other production staff. Process Optimization: Streamline and improve manufacturing processes including casting, filing, setting, polishing, and finishing. Vendor/Workshop Coordination: Liaise with external vendors or workshops (if any) for outsourced work and ensure delivery timelines and quality are met.
