Position Summary:

We are hiring a Production Manager to lead and optimize sterile injectable production (ampoule, vial, and lyophilization lines) at our Ankleshwar facility. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations while maintaining cGMP compliance, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual production plans for ampoule, vial, and lyophilized vial lines.
• Monitor daily production output, yield, and OEE; implement timely corrective actions to meet performance targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety norms, and regulatory standards (FDA, WHO-GMP).
• Supervise the preparation, validation, and auditing of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Liaise with QC/QA teams for in-process checks, documentation review, and batch release activities.
• Lead a team of supervisors and operators; conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and skills enhancement programs.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to reduce rejections and machine downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sterile injectable production, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in liquid ampoule, liquid vial, and lyophilized vial manufacturing lines.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
