Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (State Approved – Competent Person, J&K) with strong expertise in Injectables and External Preparations. The candidate must ensure adherence to WHO-GMP guidelines and Revised Schedule M, maintaining the highest level of quality, compliance, and productivity within the production facility.

Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials for smooth production operations.

2. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure manufacturing activities strictly comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

3. Quality Assurance Coordination:

• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, line clearance, and deviation management.
• Ensure timely closure of deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

4. Regulatory & Audit Readiness:

• Ensure readiness for internal, customer, and external audits.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain compliance.

• Skills:

• Must be a State-Approved Competent Person (J&K) for Injectable / External Preparations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO-GMP, Revised Schedule M, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling regulatory audits and production operations in a WHO-GMP-compliant facility.
• Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and MS Office.
