Production Manager

Experience:

Up to ?37,000/- per month

Location:

Hidesign Factory, No. 244/1, Odhiampet, Villianur, Pondicherry-605110, India.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations for leather goods Lead production planning, including line and group production based on shipment priorities Maintain up-to-date work records and ensure accurate production documentation Allocate and prepare headcount across production lines Monitor and report on UPH (Units Per Hour) and production performance Arrange CFT meetings, educate and train operators Drive clear and safe working practices on the shop floor Organize machine and jigs planning for new production styles Monitor daily output and track rework and production quality Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines

Note:
