Production Manager/ Head - Chemical

• Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
• Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighbourhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements
• Ensure that equipment-undergoing maintenance is made safe.
• Daily production planning/ maintain FG minimum inventory at any given time.
• Daily meeting - allot work to production Executive.
• Manpower - allocation and tracking of Production and yield. Attendance, control on overtime.
• Timely and correct entry of BOM in system. Convert into the SFG & FG BOM.
• Material requisition to Warehouse for RM and PM prior to production.
• Ensuring that all aspects of the production are completed within budget, according to the Supply chain requirements. He or she oversees the cost effectiveness and planning of the entire production process.
• Ensure to follow SOPs, work Instruction and safety by the team doing production.
• Keeping Preventive maintenance, statutory and legal compliance as per factory act and ISO requirements.
• Timely AM/PM schedule, implementation of SOP, Maintenance, calibration, safety, etc.
• All time readiness for audits & Cleanliness of entire factory (Unit 1 & Unit 2)
• Monthly variation report as per template.
• Document maintenance for production and compliance
• Implementation of audit points & CAPA related to Production.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
