Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager Garment & Made-Upa located in Sangli Maharashtra. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising staff, managing resources, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement practices. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines. Qualifications Experience in production management, resource planning, and staff supervision Knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations Project management and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the textile industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field.
