Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the pea processing production line, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of frozen peas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the pea processing production line to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to frozen peas production, including food safety and quality protocols
- Monitor and control production processes, including sorting, blanching, freezing, and packaging
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure product quality and safety
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for production staff
- Supervise and train production staff as needed
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in frozen pea production or related field
- Strong knowledge of pea processing and production techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Relevant degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
