We're Hiring: Production Manager – MK Cleanroom Project Pvt. Ltd.

MK Cleanroom is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our cleanroom manufacturing operations. If you have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the drive to deliver high-quality outputs, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will own the production strategy and ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing of cleanroom panels, doors, and precision components used across India’s leading pharma, biotech, and healthcare facilities.

This is not a supervisor-level role—it is a leadership position with real impact on production planning, quality, timelines, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing
• Ensure timely and quality completion of 500+ installations annually
• Manage manpower, delegate tasks, and optimize shop-floor workflows
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Conduct quality checks to meet company and GMP-cleanroom standards
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase production capacity

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–7 years of leadership experience in production/manufacturing
• Experience in cleanroom/industrial fabrication is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of production planning, QC, and manpower handling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools
• A natural leader with strong problem-solving skills
