Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with 10 to 13 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in leather and metal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production units, particularly in custom high-end luxury furniture and cabinets.

• Manage production planning, scheduling, and setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency.
• Organize production to ensure timely delivery of goods within budget and to quality standards.
• Analyze production and quality control issues and implement improvements to the production process.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, monitor staff performance, and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Expand the production unit and develop a strong network of vendors across India for metal, metal plating, casting, VMC, PVD, and electroplating.
• Utilize excellent understanding of wood, various metals, leather, marble, LED, and metal plating.

• Proven working experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in the high-end bespoke furniture industry.
• Knowledge of various crafts with an eye for detail and the ability to gather and analyze data.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchasing management, along with good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work with machinery and technical knowledge, focusing on expansion of the production unit.
• A graduate degree is required, with preference given to candidates from the recruitment industry.
