Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plant Operations & Production

  • Own overall

    plant P&L, productivity, and operational performance

    .
  • Deliver production targets across

    high-speed bottling lines (8001000 BPM)

    for PET / Glass / Can formats.
  • Drive improvements in

    OEE, throughput, yield, and line efficiency

    .
  • Lead production planning in alignment with demand forecasts and dispatch plans.

High-Speed Bottling Line Management (Critical)

  • Hands-on leadership of

    high-speed filling, capping, labeling, packing, and palletizing lines

    .
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, losses, breakdowns, and speed losses.
  • Drive

    changeover reduction, line balancing, and debottlenecking initiatives

    .
  • Coordinate with OEMs for

    upgrades, automation, and reliability improvements

    .

Engineering, Maintenance & Utilities

  • Oversee

    TPM, preventive & predictive maintenance

    systems.
  • Ensure high uptime of critical equipment and utilities (Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, RO, WTP, ETP).
  • Lead

    CAPEX projects

    , new line installations, and expansions.

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with

    FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO / FSSC 22000

    standards.
  • Drive zero-defect manufacturing and strong audit performance.
  • Maintain hygiene, traceability, and product integrity standards.

Cost, Productivity & Continuous Improvement

  • Own plant KPIs:

    conversion cost, energy, water, waste, and yield

    .
  • Lead

    Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OPEX

    initiatives.
  • Use data and digital dashboards for performance management.

EHS & Sustainability

  • Ensure strict adherence to

    EHS and statutory compliance

    .
  • Drive zero LTI culture and strong shop-floor safety practices.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives for

    water, energy, and waste reduction

    .

People Leadership & Industrial Relations

  • Lead large teams across

    Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Support Functions

    .
  • Build strong shop-floor capability for

    high-speed automated lines

    .
  • Manage IR, workforce engagement, and productivity improvement.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with

    Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Corporate teams

    .
  • Interface with auditors, statutory bodies, and external partners.
