Production manager

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to supervise and coordinate all production activities in our outdoor furniture factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, team handling, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production operations.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with workers and ensure work allocation.
• Maintain quality checks throughout the production process.
• Handle inventory and coordinate raw material availability.
• Communicate with management regarding production timelines and progress.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively.

Required Skills:

• Experience in furniture/interior/woodwork/metal production preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good understanding of raw materials, production tools, and factory workflow.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
