Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to supervise and coordinate all production activities in our outdoor furniture factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, team handling, and production planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production operations. Manage deadlines and ensure timely project completion. Coordinate with workers and ensure work allocation. Maintain quality checks throughout the production process. Handle inventory and coordinate raw material availability. Communicate with management regarding production timelines and progress. Plan and allocate manpower effectively. Required Skills: Experience in furniture/interior/woodwork/metal production preferred. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
