Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Operations & Monitoring

Operate and monitor hydrogenation reactors, distillation columns, and associated equipment.
Ensure optimal reaction conditions (temperature, pressure, catalyst activity) for efficient hydrogenation.
Maintain process parameters within defined limits to ensure product quality and safety.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety protocols related to handling hydrogen and flammable materials.
Conduct regular safety audits and participate in HAZOP studies.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal safety standards.

Production Planning & Execution

Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Optimize batch scheduling and raw material usage.
Collaborate with planning and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

Identify and resolve process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and minimize waste.
