Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Head with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (Non-Beta) manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process at our Rudrapur manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production operations for Oral Solid Dosage (Non-Beta) forms.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs.

• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and other departments for smooth functioning.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.

• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

• Maintain accurate documentation as per regulatory standards.

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline).

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage (Non-Beta) manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of handling large teams and production planning.
