Head of Engineering department of new plants and responsible for all activities related to operation & maintenance 2. Project management. 3. Overall Controller of technical activities of Plant equipment and utility equipment operation and maintenance 4. Coordination with Production for Planning of consistent production with optimization of utilities 5. Reporting to Top Management 6. Maintaining good relations with internal and external stakeholders 7. Overseeing engineering related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting. 8. Setting up project completion targets and achieving the same within time and cost parameters. 9. Ensure resource availability and allocation 10. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs 11.Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve pre-set production targets. Coordinating successfully with internal and external authorities for the smooth working operations. 12. Undertaking Time Motion study to achieve better utilization of man &machines. 13. Implementing systems and procedures for the smooth working of operations. 14. Leading and mentoring the team for the accomplishment of targets. 15. Implementing best practice engineering methods. 16. Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management. 17. Delegate project tasks to junior team member's individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. 18.
