Job Description

Company : Pioneer Embroideries Limited (PEL)

Designation : Production Head

Location : Dhule , Maharashtra

Experience : 7 9 Years

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the entire manufacturing process in the factory to ensure optimal production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilisation.
Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Handle the commercial aspects, including vendor negotiations, raw material management, and costing.
Manage manpower effectively, maintaining a humane and productive interface with workers.
Drive production planning with a focus on commercials, profitability, and cost optimisation.
Ensure the factory meets certifications and standards required for leading brand vendor approvals.
Interact with clients (domestic/international brands such as Zara, Walmart, Westside, etc.) on technical specifications and production requirements.
Preference for candidates with experience in Schiffli embroidery plants, weaving plants, or textile engineering background.
Candidate must be willing to stay at the plant or nearby (Dondaicha town is ~25 km from the unit).
